and that nothing becomes something

In my hand I hold a pear,
juicy morsel with not a care,
in my hand I hold it high
towards the heavens and the sky
and laugh and laugh and laugh
until I cry and almost die.
If anyone, thief or spy took my pear
then things wouldn't go unaware.
Madness and mayhem would erupt,
chaos and calamity would corrupt
my pearless mind from deep within.
